Previously affiliated with Arts Vision until August 2007, she now works as a freelance. She announced her marriage on April 7, 2006 and has 2 children. Part of the seiyuu unit __Prits__ for the anime [Sister Princess](https://anilist.co/anime/836/Sister-Princess/) with other members [Natsuko Kuwatani](https://anilist.co/staff/95136), [Hisayo Mochizuki](https://anilist.co/staff/95393), and [Nana Mizuki](https://anilist.co/staff/95081/Nana-Mizuki). The group has been inactive since 2002, although various reunions have occurred. Took over the voice role of [Shinnosuke Nohara](https://anilist.co/character/2951) on long-running series [Crayon Shin-chan](https://anilist.co/anime/966) from [Akiko Yajima](https://anilist.co/staff/95148) starting July 6, 2018.
