Everything about Uma Musume Season 2 is surprising. The fact it even exists, that Tokai Teio is the protagonist, and just how incredible it all is. I enjoy season 1, but for the most part it lacked focus and a strong narrative or characters, outside of Silence Suzuka. S2 however has an amazing cast…
Read full review on AniList →A sequel that shatters all expectations and improves on every aspect over its first season and doesn’t shy away from portraying the physical and emotional tolls of athleticism, thanks to the brilliant use of a new main character. It captures the harsh reality that hard work doesn’t always lead to v…

Read full review on AniList →I can’t lie, I made the mistake of writing off Uma Musume as a show to be skipped up until just a week ago when I tried starting the first season. Where is all this insane hype coming from, and what is this horse girl gacha game even about?" But after actually sitting down a…
Read full review on AniList →The second season of Uma Musume portrays what is possibly the hardest part of being an athlete: injuries. The occurrences of injuries often haunt the careers of famous players throughout every sport, ranging from Kevin Durant to Jason Kendall to Tiger Woods. These injuries often lead to inactivity a…
Read full review on AniList →~~~img(https://i.imgur.com/PAV9ot4.png) There’s a series that’s pretty funny from the outside but outright personal on the inside and I would personally like to put Uma Musume as a prime example. From the start, the series with season 1 started very promisingly despite what others would say. It’s a…
Read full review on AniList →After writing my review of the first season a while ago, a kind reader encouraged me to give the second season a chance as well. Since I was already hooked on the game and thoroughly enjoyed the Cinderella Gray spinoff, I decided to jump right in. And I must say, I wasn’t disappointed at all.so let’…
