Kozue Kananiwa graduated from the HOSEI University of Tokyo, Faculty of Letters, Department of Japan Literature. Her first work as a producer was for [Oh! My Goddess](https://anilist.co/anime/50/Aa-Megamisama-TV/) in 2005. Since, she participated in the production many renown series such as [Mahou Shoujo Madoka☆Magica](https://anilist.co/anime/9756/Mahou-Shoujo-MadokaMagica/) in 2011, [Steins;Gate](https://anilist.co/anime/9253/SteinsGate) the same year, or more recently [Horimiya](https://anilist.co/anime/124080/Horimiya/). Now, she is the General Manager of both U-NEXT Anime & Book Division and of the Production Department.
