One of the most famous writers in Japan. Won number of awards. He made his debut with Junko/Kyokatsu in 1970. He won the Tezuka Prize for Seibutsu Toshi in 1974. His major works include Koshi Ankokuden, Ankoku Shinwa, and Saiyu Yoenden. His work is heavily influenced by Cthulhu mythology.
