Blue Lock: EPISODE Nagi
My life was full of boredom. Until I met him. “That’s a hassle.” That was second-year high schooler Nagi Seishirou’s favorite phrase as he lived his dull life. Until Reo Mikage, a classmate who dreamed of winning the World Cup, discovered Nagi’s hidden skill, inspiring him to play soccer and share his outstanding talent. Nagi is pulled into Reo's world of soccer and out of his leisurely lifestyle. What fate awaits this prodigy in BLUE LOCK?: A world he’s never known. (Source: Crunchyroll, edited)

Read full review on AniList →There will be time to talk about the good aspects of the movie, so I will start with the things I didn’t like. What bothered me the most were the lacking matches. I understand they were included mainly to give us insight into Nagi’s personal feelings, but they were so heavily cut that they became mu…

When reviewing a spinoff, the first thing that ought to be asked is: why do we need *this* story? Why this person? Why now? What does this story tell that its parent media…
