# [~~~**This review will contain Spoilers for the show!**~~~]() <br> A good isekai which sadly turns into a chore later on :v [**_(SPOILER AHEAD)_ STORY:**]() Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ken (Which I will be reffering to as "Slime") is a show which started off strong. The characters seemed interesti…
Read full review on AniList →When was the last time a light novel adaptation or isekai tried to be straightforward? Nothing fancy, nothing repetitive or self-indulgent, just simple. With the likes of Re:Zero, Akashic Records, Overlord, and Mahouka, it’s become harder and harder to find an LN or isekai show that just wants to en…
Read full review on AniList →ENG] (TL;DR at the end) There is a quote by Abraham Lincoln (1809-1865) that reflects exactly who this little bluish Slime is, saying that: "A leader's greatest ability is to develop extraordinary skills in ordinary people" We are used to this old idea of Good versus Evil, the noble hero on one h…
Read full review on AniList →This show is just amazing. I originally had not intended to watch this back when it started in Fall 2018. However when my roommate was in stitches about it and I saw the latter half of episode one I knew skipping this show would be a huge mistake. Rimuru is not your typical isekai protagonist. Yea…
Read full review on AniList →The Truth About That Time I Got Reincarnated As A Slime ( No Spoilers ) As I sit back and read a lot of the reviews that this Anime has been given, I can't help but laugh. A lot of people are saying they didn’t like it and how it became too repetitive and too predictable. I strongly disagree, but i…
Read full review on AniList →A unique take on an over-saturated genre, the show follows a wholesome MC that handles whatever situation with a smile, empathy and understanding. The rules of the world may not always make sense and it isn't very fast-paced but rome wasn't build in a year! And neither will the Jura Federation! Th…
Read full review on AniList →First a brief summary: our MC, Satoru Mikami, as known as Rimuru, got stabbed by a thug and resurrected in another world as a slime with incredible powers and an inner assistant who helps him to understand what's happening and allow a sort of auto-attack fight mode. Let's start looking closely to…
Read full review on AniList →That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime is a serias about a guy who got reincarnated as a slime… I know, sounds innovative, but isn’t, really. What we got is a pretty casual isekai, one more similar to Overlord than Re:Zero, but worse than both of them. We won’t ever experience a tension present in…
Read full review on AniList →I get what Isekai should be about, it's about someone or something thing got teleported or reincarnated into a new universe or new dimension. But That time i got reincarnated as a slime takes it and makes it amazingly ****** anime with cult like structure in which a ****** protagonist tries to somet…

Read full review on AniList →This anime does something very weird and interesting, in an equally strange but effective manner. It is what I can only call an engaging civilization or city builder game playthrough but in anime format. I didn't even think it was possible to write such a story in this format while it still being en…
Read full review on AniList →**Overview:** There are 23 eps in total with the 24th being a story from one of the characters past that appears to be background info for what season 2 is probably going to be about. The show itself is another death in real world and brought to another fantasy setting. In this instance the main ch…
Read full review on AniList →__That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime__ solidifies its place as the pinnacle of isekai anime, and I’m convinced it’s the best the genre has to offer. From the moment Rimuru Tempest—formerly Satoru Mikami—awakens as a slime in a fantastical world, this series hooks you with its blend of heart, h…
